Please review our terms and conditions before booking an appointment or placing an order.
Late Policy
As a courtesy to other Nirvana clients, I ask that you give adequate notice of cancellations & reschedule appointments. I am committed to providing the best possible service, and to help me provide that, I ask that you arrive for your scheduled appointment ON TIME.
I understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable and I will do MY very best to accommodate each client. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment WILL be canceled and you will be charged for the full service.
Deposits
Deposits will be non-refundable based on the service and the amount of notice given to cancel or reschedule appointments. All services offered by Nirvana will require a deposit.

All products sold by Nirvana are final sale!

Cancellation
You may cancel 72 hours before the start time of your appointment at no additional cost. There is a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled under 72 hours. This fee would be the full cost of the service.

Shipping & Handling
Thank you for shopping with Nirvana. All orders require 5–7 business days to process before shipping out. Once your package is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Standard shipping: 1–2 business days after your order is shipped out.
International shipping: 5–7 business days.
All packages are delivered via USPS (M–F) and require a signature.
Important Notice
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
